I worked with Aysha Ali at Simply Counseling for almost three years. In that time I gained great reflection and support through a series of life transitions. Aysha is the kind of therapist that meets you where you at, challenges you when needed and supports you through this process. As a therapist and client, I recognize a good clinician and that is why I have been working with her so long. As an art therapist I wanted often to incorporate art in sessions, Aysha was able to support this with her knowledge of art therapy.

I strongly recommend her and Simply Counseling. It is a competitive and at times "oversaturated" therapy business, but Simply Counseling has simple intentions, ones that support a wide range of people who are interested in a wide range of things. Additionally there are many locations to make it more convenient for you.
