Insurance
We are Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO providers. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Simply Counseling can also supply you with a "superbill" which allows you to reimbursed from your HMO plan, Aetna, Cigna, etc. Clients can be reimbursed generally between 50%-80%. That's great news! So we encourage you to ask your insurance about "out of network benefits"
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- What are my "Out of Network" Benefits?
Rates
$125 per 50-minute individual sessions
$150 per 50-minute couples sessions
Sliding Scale is available
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover) accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
